ROHARA is not currently authorized to receive export-controlled technical data through this website. If you believe your component specifications may be subject to export controls, please consult your export compliance officer before submitting any technical information to ROHARA.

ROHARA may request a secure file-submission method after an initial qualification review. The method and any applicable confidentiality obligations will be agreed upon separately.

7. Confidentiality and NDA

Submitting information through this website does not automatically create a confidential relationship or impose any obligation of confidentiality on ROHARA.

Confidentiality obligations begin only after a separate, written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed by both parties. ROHARA can arrange an NDA before confidential drawings, specifications, or technical files are shared.

If you check the "NDA requested" option on the China Sourcing & Second-Source Review form, ROHARA will initiate the NDA process before requesting any technical documentation from you.

  • A confidential relationship
  • A fiduciary relationship
  • An agency relationship
  • A contractual relationship
  • An obligation by ROHARA to accept, undertake, or complete any sourcing project

A formal business relationship is established only through a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of ROHARA Holdings LLC.

9. Cookies and Analytics

This website may use cookies or similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Functional cookies: To maintain basic website functionality such as navigation and form state.
  • Analytics cookies: If a web analytics tool is installed (e.g., Google Analytics 4), cookies may be used to understand how visitors interact with the website, including pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources.

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of interactive features on this website.

As of the date of this draft, ROHARA has not installed an active web analytics service. This section will be updated if one is added.
